
Contemporary dance blends the strong, controlled legwork of ballet with elements of modern dance, focusing on contraction and release of the body, along with dynamic changes in rhythm, speed and direction.
This style also incorporates floor work, fall and recovery, and elements of improvisation, allowing dancers to explore movement, expression and musicality in a creative and engaging way.
*All dancers must take a minimum of 45 minutes a week (except Mum & Me), if you choose a 30 minute class please choose another one of either the same or different style*
