
Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles and helps develop posture, core strength, balance and muscle coordination within a structured and disciplined environment.
Our Primary classes begin with basic ballet steps, focusing on both barre and centre work. As students progress through to our Pre Senior and Senior classes, they have the opportunity to further develop their technique and, where appropriate, progress to dancing in pointe shoes.
We also offer Adult Ballet classes suitable for both beginners and more experienced dancers.
*All dancers must take a minimum of 45 minutes a week (except Mum & Me), if you choose a 30 minute class please choose another one of either the same or different style*
